Our specialty Barbeques are prepared over an open-flame firepit, and served immediately under the starry Andean sky. Many Vegetarian specialties are also an option for more discerning tastes and restricted diets. At San Jorge we pride ourselves on the use of Organic Foods, many of which are grown locally, pesticide-free, from numerous eco-friendly farms in the region. Organically grown foods are healthier and taste better.

For larger gatherings we can have either live traditional Andes music, performed by local musicians, or if you'd prefer, a DJ can spin music from all over the globe; dance to Ecuadorian music, cuban salsa, golden oldies, and the best contemporary music, too.
